QUALIS warranties are Headlamps, Flashlights, Lanterns and Accessory Lights to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years. This warranty does not cover normal wear or tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect and batteries. If you have any QUALIS product that has stopped performing before its reasonable lifetime (not due to misuse or neglect), simply contact us for a repair or replacement. We promise to make it right.
